This enterprise is involved in value addition of potatoes to make crisps, a delicacy that has become very popular among students. The proprietors have also played a key role in training potato farmers in the region through CARP+ project, also in Egerton University.

Comrade Dairies is involved in producing milk products and adding value under approved conditions by relevant authorities. Comrade Dairies specialize in yoghurt, fermented milk and ice-cream.
Desktop Lunches
This is an enterprise owned by a CESAAM Food Science PhD Student who delivers lunches in offices. She used her knowledge of food science learnt in class to implement her idea in an enterprising manner

Velami Stationers & Media is an enterprise owned by 2 female BSc Statistics students. They produce instant passports, photocopying services, large font printing of banners/t-shirts/posters, printing services and photo studio services.
